I've been living in my house for 13 yrs now.. until recently one of the bathrooms does not have hot water. Neither sinks have hot water and no hot water in the shower. All the other rooms in the house are fine. What's wrong?

Hi Dtn1
You have no hot water flow or you have water flow but it isn't hot... please clarify, OK?
For now, I'll assume that you have water flow, but water isn't hot. In this case, it is almost unheard of for an entire bathroom to lose hot water to all fixtures yet have the rest of the house be just fine, so there can only be a couple options to explore here... ;)
You either have a separate hot water heater for this bathroom and its element or thermostat (if electric) or thermocouple (if gas) is shot and needs to be repaired/replaced, or you have a recirculating hot water line with a circulator that is down.
These are the only two things that make sense to me.
If you absolutely sure you don't have a separate water heater for this bathroom then let the water run a real long time at the sinks... should eventually get hot water. If you do get hot water in this way then you should just need to find the bad recirc. Pump and get it replaced.
Back to you...
