Wanting to know if I am common law married to this woman.I was granted a divorce in dec. 2011 from my wife and I was living with mygirlfriend from July 2011 which she never never got a divorce from her husband and we filled out taxes in march 2012. I am no longer living with this woman and if I am common law married do I have to file 4divorce

If she was married to someone else, she could not legally marry anyone, civil, religious or common law.

So no if she was married when living with you, there is no common law marriage
