Ok. This is about my career option but definitely is the priority on the list. I want to professionally immigrate to any of the American or North American country after my Post Graduate in Construction Project Management which I am sooner to accomplish at a re-known University in India. I am through some of the sources but couldn't really found them suitable to me. May be I want to immigrate there for a longer time. So, this brings to me to question that are there really any rules that would support my career and life plans? I don't think pasting my Curriculum Vitae in here would be a good idea, so you can ask me about my background and need information directly for right and specific guidance.

I don't know what you are asking. Employment opportunities? Immigration/Visa requirements?

North America is a big place - Canada? US?
