There is this guy that I met a few weeks ago that I like but I'm not sure how he feels about me. When I first met him he never talked to me but he would stare at me and I caught him all the time and he would look away either and he paced back and forth in front of me. Then one day he came up to me and made small talk for a couple minutes. Then the next few days he would say hi. But suddenly he stopped talking to me but he still stares at me and comes around me all the time and sometimes he smiles at me. I try to make small talk with him but he doesn't say much back or talks in a very low voice. What do you think does he like me or not and what should I do?

I'm not sure where you met him, but he sounds a little creepy to me. I wouldn't waste my time. Find someone who has interests in common with you and is easier to communicate with.

It could be that he is shy. But if he won't talk to you, you can't get to know him. I would not be hanging any hopes on him. It's his loss.
