Is the Congressional Reform Act of 2012 an official document and will it be on the ballot for citizens to vote on?

No... don't expect to see it there either. None of them want to give up the cushy benefits they have voted themselves over the years. THey are after all special and we are not... didn't they send that memo out?

When was the last time you saw a referrendum on a Federal ballot? Answer: never.

Although many states have provision for referrendum, the U.S. government does not.

If you are angry about this act I suggest that you vote against all representatives and senators who voted for it. And of course also be sure to vote against the president who signed it.
