Hi. I am 18 years old and have regular 28 day cycles. I Started having breast tenderness, extreme nausea, lower back pains, fatigue, and tirdness. Today was the day for my period so I took a pregnancy test and it come up negative. Then later on I thought I started my period, but it was a light red color almost pink with little tiny clots in it the size of a pens top. Could I be pregnant, or was those symptoms just because I was going to start my period. Thank you.

I would be very surprised if you tested positive on the day you expect your period even if you are pregnant.
