Follow the directions on the form to complete lines 17 and 25, and transfer thiose number to lines 1 and 2, respectively. Is there a particular part of the form that you are having trouble with? If you're not sure of some of the entries you can ignore them, and the result may be that a bit too much tax is withheld from your paycheck, and yuowould be due a refund later. The objective is to try and get the withholding as close as possible to the actual tax bill for the year, but if you find too much (or too little) is being withheld you can always file an updated version of IT-2104 with your employer to make corrections.
