Hello my Boyfriend/fiance' has 3 felonies on his record things that happened back in 09' all because he was under the influence of drugs from a stupid mistake. And he violated his parole 5 times all over stupid things because his PO didn't like him.
But He's in a state prison right now and he's being resentenced in a day or two. All the crimes are non-violent.
What could happen to him?

Now please don't judge him we all make stupid mistakes and he's a very sweet and great guy. He's not violent and never gets angry. I'm just looking for what might happen to him

It's impossible to know without knowing the nature of the "stupid things" he was violated on by a PO who doesn't like him.

Five violations - I don't think the Court will give him a second chance and he'll get time.

The violations were
1 he told his PO to f*** Off
2 he has beer cans on his property that weren't his and got in trouble for it
3 He was on house arrest and he was using his cell phone to talk to me and his PO didn't like that
4 he didn't come back in time after his 20 min walk during house arrest
5 he left his house (which I told him that was stupid)

The he was in Jail for a week after that happened when he was suppose to be in there for 30 days he was sent to a halfway house.
He had 2 occurrences at the halfway house because he was extremely sick so he was sentenced to 10 days in Jail then since he had the 5 violations they sent him to state

I don't think the PO has it "in" for him - I think all of these were violations. Was he told he cannot drink or be with people who do? Is that the "beer can" problem.

Tell your PO to f* off and expect to be violated over and over until you are sent to jail.

This nice, sweet non-violent guy has some issues. I believe he is going to serve time.
