In fact I can't watch YouTube videos on my computer,& there`s another computer in the same house,he can watch.whats the wrong,if you please help me.

Check for Adobe flash player if not installed in your system get the latest version installed.
Also install other software application program like java runtime environment, web browser plug-ins etc to experience web browsing without any technical issues.
