To me I think your a little young to be dating you just got out of elementary school... but if you really like him and all just ask your friend to introduce you guys and maybe you can all hangout together and talk to him the whole time don't be shy and flirt and then if he likes you he will probably ask you out but if he doesn't then you should just ask him out at the end of the night
