I have a very sharp pain on my right side near my overy.the pain is almost unbareible.it hurts when I try to walk.

Only a trip to your doctor will solve this mystery. Bearable pain can range from muscle spasm to cyst to fibroid or just middleshmertz. Some 'unbearable' pain can be serious, like a rupture, ectopic pregnancy, or appendix, if your location is a little off. These are just a few possibilities, so call ASAP.

If the pain is so severe that you can't walk, then I would suggest you go to your doctor to have it diagnosed. Diagnosis cannot be given over the internet.
