I bought $60 worht of products from Herbalinn very early in February and I never got them. I had to file a claim with paypal and then they have the never to try and make themselves look legit. The printed a bogus shipping label from paypal to make it look like they shipped the products but the post office clearly said they have no record of it and they were only notified a month ago that they would be shipping a package but they never did. I don't want anyone else to get ripped off. Stear clear of this company!

Mellow, I don't really trust the forum you mentioned cause everyone seem to be pushing herbalinn products. It's strange that only people from that forum seem to have great success with HerbalInn while not even one person here has anything good to say about them and this forum is far bigger than that one... :confused: :rolleyes:

If you still did not receive your product, call your credit card company and explain that you have sent Herbalinn over 5 messages, they did not respond and you called as well. You would like your money back... do not wait too long, you may lose your money... you usually have about 45 days for a legitimate dispute through your debit and credit cards.

When I ordered from them it took like 1-2 months to get to me. It was really bad. Then one day, I received, I had forgotten that I ordered from them. Then it didn't even work for me. :(

Call your credit card company... you have a choice one they mail it to you to take it or not and your credit card company will give them back the money if you decide to keep the package they send you later on. Future reference guys always buy with a credit card your money is guaranteed. Steer away from debit cards when making online transactions.. especially if you have trust issues- your credit card company will fight for their money because you are borrowing their money and if they do not comply you can report them.
