Hi
I realized I never filled my PA taxes for 2008 and 2009.
For 2008 I made around 19897 and employer withheld about 611 dollars
For 2009 I was in US for 2 days,made 118 $ and employer withheld 3.62
I had no income other than wages. Is this going to be a big problem?

For 2009, your income is so low that you have NO legal obligation to file a Pennsylvania tax return.
For 2008, you can file your return now by mail. The Pennsylvania state tax is designed to be a FLAT tax, which means you likely owe no added tax nor will you get a refund. This being the case, the state of Pennsylvania probably will NOT CARE whether you ever file, since they have already been paid the taxes that are due.
