Hello I got my first DUI in San Antonio Texas October 26, 2002, My second Memorial Weekend of May 29, 2006 and my third May 25 2012. I have court tomorrow Aug 29 to turn myself in. I am living on a check to check bases and am behind on rent. I Just lost my job do to the situation. If I opt for jail I will come out with no place to live. I have no family and no close friends to help me. Can I opt for house arrest as I look for work? I do have a lawyer but I am always looking for other opinions. Despite much of my research most have said you won't due all 120 days but even being there for 2 weeks would really affect my living situation. That said going to jail will only may things worst in the sense I would have money to pay for any of the programs I need to go too much less have a roof over my head what can I do?

The options are not up to you, they may ( or may not) allow a work release where you leave jail in the morning and go to work and return to jail after work. ( with a short time frame to get each way) That would be about your best chance .
