Im 39 + 2 weeks pregnant and I've got really bad backache, its sharp and I've had it all day!
Ive had a lot of sharp pains in my pelvic area and what feels like inside my vagina!
2 weeks ago midwife said I was 3/5 engaged
Also my baby movements have said to slowed down, not feeling him as much as I have been, I know there isn't much room to move but I've heard that when your so close to due date and baby's movements slow then it's a sign of labour coming!
I have midwife appointment in 2 days
Please give advice

Are the pains constant or do they come and go?
As far as movement, you should be doing kick counts. You should feel as few as 10 movements per hour.

In my back its constant but the pelvic pain came and went but when I did have the pain it stayed with me for 30 sec - 5 minutes!
And yday his movements were very low and then when I went bed he kicked a bit but today he hasn't kicked as such but a few movements from him moving position!
Could this be a sign if labour to come or not? X

Yes, it could be a sign of labor to come. It would be best to call your midwife and ask her advice since she knows your medical history.
Remember that this is temporary, there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it isn't a train. LOL

Well I don't know if this is anything to do with labour coming, but my breasts are leaking much more, and I've got an increase in vaginal discharge.
And a question I keep meaning to ask, will my waters break before my mucus plug comes out or will I lose my plug first! :S x

Well i dunno if this is anything to do with labour coming, but my breasts are leaking much more, and ive got an increase in vaginal discharge. Has little if anything to do with the timing of labor. It's just a hormonal increase.
And a question i keep meaning to ask, will my waters break before my mucus plug comes out or will i lose my plug first!? :S x
90% of women never have their water break on it's own. Most times the doctor/midwife has to do it. Also, many women never even notice if they lose their mucous plug.
