I have missed my period this month. It is 23 days late. I am not pregnant. Please tell me how to get my period back. And I had been suffering from e-coli last month and took medicines for that... is that cause a missed period? Also I took perlutal 10mg tablets for 5 days to bring my period back.. but it did not help me. Please suggest something for my problem.

I will assume you have not had any sex, ( that is the only way you can know you are not pregnant.

But some women just miss their period once in a while, If you don't get your next one, go see your doctor, not all women are always regular
