Hey I have a 1991 honda civic lx 1.5L and lately I have been having starting problems about once every other day, I have no clue what would cause this because I have a new battery and I make sure that I leave everything off (lights, radio, etc.) and I also have some new relays and a new fuel pump. I do drive this car everyday and this usually happens when I go to work. I will park it and turn it off for about 3-4 hours (sometimes even sooner) and then when I go on break I come back to check on it and crank it and it constantly turns over until it drags down the battery. Also as I said above this happens about once every other day, this is not an everyday thing.

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil inside the distributor. Apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM.
