My ex and I have been separated for 10 mo. And divorced a little less than a month. We have shared custody but it isn't working he doesn't want to compromise on anything its always fighting with him. He has no job and is being kicked out if his apartment, so him, his new wife, and her 3 kids are moving out if state so he can save money. How hard would it be for me to get full custody of the kids?

Does he intend to take the children with him? If not your custody/visitation order is in effect until another order changes it.
He can't move out of State with the children.
I don't know what you mean by "full custody." If you mean you don't want him to have any visitation, I doubt you'll be successful.

I do want him to see his kids I wanted us to have shared custody but all he does is fight with me about everything. I would like to get primary residency of them but still have it so we each see them.

Also I always wanted shared custody and still do but all he does is fight with me on every decision. So what I would really like is primary residency of the children but for us to both get to spend time with the children.
