My Lennox Pulse propane furnace and central air fan won't shut off after the cooling cycle has ended.

May be a delay on the Fan?
If it shuts off with wire disconnected at thermostat, thermostat may be the problem, if it keeps running, maybe shorted low voltage control wiring or stuck/fused relay/contactor.
