My boyfriend of 4 months went to a football game with me and my friends last night... I love my boyfriend but lately he's been really annoying me. Like he's to clingy and I just don't like that. He writes songs for me , and all that stuff I told one of my best friends and they said I should break up with him , but I don't want to hurt him and I don't want to make the wrong decision and screw everything up. What should I do ? And why don't I love him anymore ? /:

I'm thinking about breaking up with my boyfriend of 4 months because he's just annoying me lately... One of my best friends for like 3 years have been talking lately and he's my "dad" and I'm his "daughter" we say that because he's protective over me and all . But we're not related at all. I like him a lot! and I went to one of his football games last night and waited till he got done playing , by that time my boyfriend left and I ran up to him and hugged him he was all sweaty and oddly I liked it . We're going to the mall tomorrow . And I really like him what should I do ? Is he the reason that I don't like my boyfriend anymore?! Please help

Lots of attention is romantic at first, and charming just to know someone wants to spend that much time with you and doing things for you. But after a while it can get suffocating. You need to TELL him! Give him a chance to back off a little. If he doesn't, or if you still have lost feelings for him even if he gives you more room, then... you break up of course. Nicely but firmly.

Could be you didn't love him in the first place, just that new relationship romance.
Don't stay with someone because you don't want to hurt their feelings.
Just be polite and tell him you are no longer feeling the same way and you think breaking up would be the best thing for both of you.
Do it and then NC, this gives him the space he needs to get over you.
