When I was 4 yrs old I fx a bone in a car accident a judge put money away for me in a trust fund until I was 18. I will be 18 in 5 months and I found out that the money was transferred into another fund that allowed my mom to use the money. The bank did not have the right to transfer my judge appointed trust fund into any other account . WHAT CAN I DO ?
