Not going to happen... Sorry but that's how it is most places... where you should be is where you are now. Actions have consequences.

I've known only Two people to ever do it... Both lived where it was allowed and both were MENSA members meaning they were actually geniuses.

No, why do you feel you SHOULD be in the 10th grade, you are merely old enough to be in 10th.

You SHOULD be in the grade you have passed to, if you fail two years you will be two years behind.

By the time you reach high school, seldom will you jump, since each grade will need a number of credits to pass high school. You may look into some JR college classes you can do along with college in JR and SR years, if you are really doing high scores.

Are you a student now ? Are you studying work for a grade ahead, for example, if you are doing algebra now, and I guess you want to skip 9th, if they are doing Trig, have you already leaned it ?

You failed third grade, so unfortunately, you are one year behind where you are supposed to be. If you are supposed to be in 10th grade, the only way you could move ahead would be with perfect grades, perfect end of year testing scores, and passing all of the 9th grade exams with outstanding scores. But, looking at your question, which isn't even a question, and the way you spelled "Im" and "surpose", my vote would be that you aren't ready.
