In small claims a person obtained a judgement against me personally. He owned a company that did business with my company. How is he able to sue me personally when it was for business services rendered?

How do you "hold" your business? A corporation? A D/B/A? Something else?

Are you personally protected against claims?

Did you go to Court and argue that the wrong entity was sued - and lose?
