Experiencing high blood pressure accompanied w/ a headache that has been since last night. Blood pressure at last check was 158/76, after taking additional prescribed blood pressure medicine. What medication (over the counter) can be taken to alleviate the headache

A headache with high (or fluctuating) blood pressure is dangerous. I know - I have controlled high blood pressure.
The headache means it has reached the dangerous stage.
You need to call your Physician.
