While riding passenger in one of those electric kids cars, my daughter fell off. She was standing to get off the car, someone hit the gas and she flew to the cement head first.

If she were my daughter, I'd be with her at the ER. Please take her there. Concrete is very unforgiving and not a soft place to fall.
