I am thirteen and has had a bump on my penis for many years. At my last physical a few years ago the doctor say it and didn't do anything about it, it is on the skin and is a little black but seems to be covered over with skin. It is. Onme Ted to the skin. Any answers! Help! Im worried it might be cancer!

It sounds like a mole to me. Has anything changed with it in the last few years ? Shape , size , color. Any pain ? Is it raised or flat ? I would have the doctor take another look if you are worried about it. Maybe get a different doctor to see it if the first one didn't take your concern seriously. If there have been no changes to it over the years its highly unlikely to be cancer.
