Friend has been checked out by the cardiologist and shows no blockages.
Symptoms constantly belching, terrible pain in middle back. When excited
Pain and belching becomes bad. Sounds like a form of angina.

Also has a malfunctioning gall bladder only 14% ejection ratio. But no pain
Anywhere except between shoulder, and sometimes a nausea pressure.
Sometimes the pain comes and a burp follows. Sounds like trapped gas..

Has no chest pain nor any shortness of breath.Blood pressure is normal
Except when these attacks become bad.

Sounds like gallbladder issues. Could also be a very bad case of GERD. Does your friend have any chewing or swallowing difficulties?

No has a fine appetite. But eats small meals. Yes it does sound like a gastric issue.
So I guess Gerd can cause distress then you are excited or angry . Thanks for the opinion

I'm more inclined to go with gallstones, I just threw the GERD out there. Both can cause cardiac type symptoms.

Since you mentioned a malfunctioning gallbladder, I'm inclined to think that this is the culprit.

Why hasn't the gallbladder been removed yet?
Mine was taken out based on symptoms without tests. I went in for day surgery and went home within hours. By the next day I didn't even take any painkiller. I realize that age and general health can be a factor...

Also has Epigastric Gerd besides Biliary Dyskinesia 14% but no stones. Had a history of coronary artery disease, but after a $5,000 3D Pet Scan showed no blockages. He was cleared to see a gastric doctor. Awaiting test for a endoscopy and colonoscopy. Has had the same symptoms for years
