Music and on Facebook when suddenly it made
A weird sound and turned itself off! We've tried
Everything it says on forums etc but nothing has
Worked. At the moment it's on charge and still
Won't come on, there isn't even the led light

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Pull the battery, leave it for several minutes and start over.
If this doesn't help, then you'll need to take it back to your supplier as it will be under warranty.

You can't take the battery out :( that's what I thought, but he'd rather not go without a phone for ages lol thanks :)
