Car will not start in the morning. Afternoon starts OK.Took car to local repair shop started OK. Brought it home next morning same problem. Nogo. Any ideas.

Focus on the main relay, igniter, and coil.

If you plan on keeping the car and want like-new reliability, I would replace the spark plugs (NGK only), rotor, igniter, coil, distributor cap, and main relay. If you buy quality aftermarket components, it won't be that expensive and it will give your car a new lease on life.
