We live in a home that we are paying rent for. There is no lease agreement and we found out the house is in foreclosure. Do we still pay rent?

Yes. As long as the current landlord owns the property you pay him rent. He may still avoid foreclosure.

If the house is sold as a foreclosure the new owner must your lease or give you at least 90 days to vacate.

So even though we have no lease agreement written up and the house is in foreclosure, we still have to give this man our money every month?

Of course. You are still living in the house aren't you? Why would you think you are entitled to live rent free?

Just because they are not paying the loan, does not mean you do not have to pay. You may call and talk to them about it, and just ask if you can pay less or not pay, but as long as you live there you are suppose to pay

If OP were in California, I think there might be another wrinkle.
