My body vibrates when I sit up from a lying position any help please.

It only happens when I sit up from a lying position.
It only lasts for a couple of seconds

Your entire body feels like it's vibrating or pulsing, or just your upper body or what? Please describe it.

I'm 34
What happens is I will be lying down , then if day I lift my head up as like a start of a sit up my chest and stomach will vibrate for a few seconds . That's the best way I can describe it . Yes it is visible

No pain just a bit weird when it happens just looking to see if any one else has experienced it.
