I'm trying to find the slope of the line containing A(3,2) and B(3,-4)

a. 0
b. 1
c. -6
d. undefined

slope of a line can be calculated using any two points on that line.
slope=change in y/change in x
so you can do:
slope=(yCoordOfPointA-yCoordOfPointB)/(xCoordOfPointA-xCoordOfPointB)
