How long should it take a parent to get their children back out of fostercare?

How long should it take? As long as needed. Some kids are in foster care their entire lives, never back in custody of their parents. Those children remain in the system until they're 18, then they're on their own.

If you're having issues with a child in your care then please contact the case worker for that child and have him/her put in a new foster home. Yes it's difficult for the child to be moved around, but if you no longer want him/her in your home it's best that the child be taken somewhere else that does.
