I have recently divorced from the mother of my 3 yr old son because she was unfaithful. My son lives with his mother and I see him twice a week. However I am not satisfied with her care. She gives him to various friends and relatives to look after while she spends time with her new boyfriend who lives 30 miles away and does not like children. My son is getting very upset and confused about being passed around so much. I'd like him to live with me do I can care full him properly and not be passed about. What can I do? Please help!

How recent is the divorce? Generally, custody agreements need some time before a request for modification can be filed.
