Hi... I'm trying to find out if I sign over my rights will I still have to pay child support? My daughters mother was granted sole custody, and mainly all other rights to my child. So to me, basically, all my rights are considered already gone. They ordered that I pay support, but I'm not trying to if all the I received was 10 hours every week and that's it.

In a word, no. You can't "sign over your rights" unless/until someone else is willing and able to step in and adopt the child. Then you are no longer the legal father.

Go back to Court and ask for more visitation if that is your issue.

I can't imagine giving up rights to my child because I'm unhappy with an Order and/or think support equals visitation.

But the answer is, no, the father is the father, responsible for supporting the child.

Visitation/custody can always be brought back to Court.

You can not sign over your rights, and even if you did, child support is a obligation not a right,

You care so little for your child that you don't ever want to see the child, you would not cherish the hours you can get and try latter for more, just because you got to pay money.
I seldom give a moral opinion, I wish you could give them up, the child would be better without a dead beat who does not love them and would do anything for them
