Hello BikeChic59, it is not an easy answer. There are way too many variables that determine price for the work you just had done. For instance, it depends where you live. Prices will be different on Manhattan and in a town of 120 in heartland Kansas. What type of faucet was it ? Was it a $30.00 faucet from Home Depot or $4,000.00 faucet from Altman's in Beverly Hills ? Was it a single story family house or 40-story apartment building where water had to be turned off for entire floor in order to replace your angle stops? Was it licensed & bonded plumber with years of experience, top tools, proper liability insurance and worker's comp - or was it an unlicensed handyman?. And many more...

The best way to find out is to call 3 plumbers and get 3 estimates. That will give you the approximate price range.
