I want to share my thing bcause its really afctng me everyway I hope if anyone can help me out it will mean a lot to me:)

I was in a relation and now I have broke up I really regret that I shouldn't be in this relation as my allah doesn't lik all this
But I did this big mistak of being in a relation this was my and last relation

I nevr committed zinnaa with this boy nor did I ever let him touch me

But after our break up I really nt forget him I keep on thnkng about him I don't want to thnk about him:'( please help me out

That boy doesn't ever think about me he's happy he has moved on a lot he has relations with other girls but why do I cre?
What should I do please help me out I want to move on
