My ex has been in Mexico for about 9 years, his never paid child support and now I want to file for custody of my kids, but the court tells me I need to notified him, the problem is he only calls on birthdays if he remembers.I don't have a telephone number or address and his relatives here don't really want to help me. No lawyer correct ? Get one, it is harder when they can not be served, and/or service has to be done in Mexico
