I quit for 10 years then started again. It's a hell of a lot harder to quit than what I expected. Treatments a joke. The Lord's my only way
I lack devotion? Any advice out there

The Lord provides many people to help others, It is trying to do it alone that is a joke. Treatment plans vary but having someone to talk to though withdraws also helps.

Treatments vary in different locations. You just want to assure whether you have taken the right one. I think you should have to admit and want to take things seriously. No matter to what you are addiction, getting the right treatment would help. My friend had a similar situation, he has been under the drug addiction for years. Though he never misbehaved nor came out of control. His parents were much concerned and that he was their only son. Thankfully, their relative is an senior addiction counselor (http://www.bellwood.ca/alcohol-and-drugs/) at Bellwood Health services, an addiction treatment center in Toronto. It was hard for him to listen to their session. He even misbehaved for getting out there. However, they managed the situation. I just had met his parents last week and heard he was better, but not completely fine. We hope he would eventually be fine.
I would say everyone, please don't attempt taking drugs. Once taken, it is hard to leave it.
