How do you get out of this scam after paying you $3.99 on a debit card and accepting the 15 day free trial? Do you have to go to your bank and close the debit card?

There is no such thing as a government insurance refund processor, ( to my knowlege) at least in the US. There are scams that sell you programs and so on.

But most likely if someone has your credit card info, your best bet, cancel that card before new charges and have them issue a new credit card
