I am trying to access my e-mail account {e-mail removed}and I get an 800488fe error.

It seems there is some illegal activity on my account of which I am not aware of. If you can unblock my account I will immediately change my password I have filled out the forms to try and recover the account to no joy.

Your urgent help on this matter will be much appreciated.

As noted we have nothing to do with Hotmail. You need to go to their site and contact them. Its also not a good idea to post your e-mail publicly, so they have been removed.
