View Full Version : Inflammation of and bleeding gums around my crown

Hi there! I had a permanent crown placed last October and it still doesn't feel right. The gums between the tooth in front of my crown and my crowned tooth doesn't hurt at all. The pain is between the tooth behind my crowned tooth and the crowned tooth itself. It's constantly sore and bleeds from time to time when I floss. I've had one bite adjustment and that didn't resolve it. The Endodontist gave me Perio Gard a few times and that hasn't resolved it.

I can chew on it, it doesn't hurt. However, if I chew exclusively on that side using that crowned tooth it does start to become uncomfortable. This is getting real frustrating. What can I do? Do I need another bite adjustment? Is it something more serious? It's been roughly 10 months now!

Please help!

Thanks guys!
Jon
