Looking for the name of an old movie that is similar to Random Harvest but in the plot, the husband is in the U.S. and is hit by a taxi, has amnesia with no ID. He only has a set of keys. His wife goes to look for him and finds him, only to find that he doesn't remember her. She becomes his secretary hoping that he will remember. Through circumstances he needs to be married but knows that he loves someone in his past life and asks his secretary to marry him for appearances only. He gives his wife a necklace to celebrate their anniversary and they say goodnight. She goes to her room and pulls out a necklace (inexpensive) that he had given her before the amnesia and he finds her looking at it. She decides she can not take living like that and runs back to the house of their previous life. He follows her because he can't live without her, walks up to the house, pulls out his keys and calls her by her real name.
