Child support was ordered in Franklin county, Ohio. He resided in Kentucky. Support was deducted from paycheck, and sent to Ohio
I never received them, and I can't find.where it is.

Start with company, have them provide you the reciepts where they paid the court.
Go to that court, have them provide receipts and proof where the money was paid.

Then go to where they paid and ask for an accounting of the money. If there was welfare received often the money may have gone to pay the state back first, could this be the case ?
