My ex partner refuses to let me have my children overnight to stay with my myself in my home, with my wife and step daughter.
I currently see them 2 times a week and have to return them at the end of the visit.

My name is on their birth certificate.

We need to sort out maintenance. She stead fastly refuses to budge on when I can see them, or have them overnight?

I do not qualify for legal aid due to my income, and solicitors fees are prohibitive. She of course qualifies for legal aid... my question is how muich legal assistance will she receive? And do I have a leg to stand on.

She says she wants a prenting contract drawn up, but I know in advance she will fight me to have them overnight... what do I do?

Enough to get the job done. Depends on what they have agreed to as far as the scope of reepresentation.

Yes. If the basic principles apply there as they do in the US, and I have no reason to suspect that they don't, without a court order specifying custody and visitation (terms may vary, of course), both of you share full custodial rights to your children.
