I had known something was wrong for a few weeks now, a few weeks ago she texted me "we need to talk," but a few days later I asked her and she said "Dont worry everything is alright just know that i love you very much."
She has been behaving strangely and seems to be distancing herself, its been 4 weeks since I seen her, longest time apart.
Last night she brought up the WNTT topic and said that she ran into her ex (a few weeks ago) and that it reminded her of the pain and that she "needs to fix things" with the ex.(she said she wasn't going back to him or anything.) but she said she doesn't know what to do. I don't know their history, and I don't know if I should.
She then said that she needed a "break from love", and that we still need to talk, but she's going out of town with her sister, and won't be back until next Friday.

She also says how perfect our relationship is, how happy she's ever been, etc, and doesn't want to mess it up or hurt me, but I don't think she realizes that she is in fact messing it all up.
I don't know if she wants a break up or not, I'm ready to move on if I have to, but I'm not going to jump to conclusions.
I feel she's wasting my time by her recent flakings/postponings.

We haven't texted each other all day, and I'm not sure what to do, should I let her have her break until she realizes? She doesn't want to tell me anything over text but rather in person. Should I just wait it out?

A healthy relationship should not require breaks from one another. This is typically the "easy way out", or a nice way to dump someone. Looks like that brush with her ex stirred up more feelings that she could handle that's why we encourage no contact.

I would expect for her not to come back, but if she does I would recommend being careful. If she's not completely over her ex then she's not ready for a relationship. I fear that's the reason she took off this time because she is still not over him.

Well fawk, I don't have time for these games, I got other things to deal with/work on.
She warned me that she would have to see him to collect some money and I said it would be okay with me and that I trust her, but I don't know
If I don't hear from here by Friday, I guess we done.
