I'm worried I'm not good enough to make a team what do I do. All the other girls who I hereabout have been doing travel over the summer or practicing 24/7. I haven't but I've been trying to. I'm a pretty good once the season starts but I don't know how I will do in the beginning. I'm scared as heck that I'm not good enough to compete with all these girls. I need help

There will be more people ( most likely) trying to make the team, than will make the team, that is just life. You go and do your best. If you knew this try out was at the first of school, then you only cheated yourself by not practicing every day. If you wanted it bad enough, you would have worked at it every day.

Time yourself swimming a fifty (two laps) freestyle. If you're in the thirties range, that's pretty good. I'm speaking as a young teenager, no idea how old you are, but if you can get into the twenty-second range, there's about a 94% chance you'll make the team, about 60% for thirty-second range (if this is a high-school team. If it's just an independent thing, you'll definitely make it).
