Your question seems to have ben cut off.  Are you asking about acceleration for the case of a sprinter running at constant speed on a circular track?  If so, the centripedal acceleration is:
 
 
 a = \frac {v^2} R = \omega^2 R
 
 
where 'v' is the speed, 'R' the radius of the circular track, and  \omega  is rotational velocity in radians per unit time.
