I have a Court date of Aug 13th 2012. I need a form that I can fill out requesting the Judge to allow me more time to look at all of my discovery. I was told that I have to fill out this form and present it to the judge requesting me permission to look at all the discovery that the state has on me.

Is there a Motion for Discovery on the internet that someone can find and fill it out , allowing them to copy it after they fill in the planks.

I looked on so many different pages on the computer and I can't find one that has different forms to fill out asking the Cook County Judge for requests to allow more time,Motion for Discovery,Request to Quash Evidences. Is there any type of information some one can look up in the computer to help inform them on a criminal case different forms to fill out at no cost. I am unemployeed and has no funds .

The prosecution has supplied you with documents and you need almost two weeks to revew them? Why? How many pages? Do you have a reading disorder?

If you don't find a fill-in-the-blanks form online (Cook County Illinois, is it?), chances are that there isn't one. You would have to create your own.
