A friend of mine is on house arrest and recently tested positive for alcohol,she was asked if she had any incarceration papers?She told me she don't understand what this means and no one will explain it to her except to say that the judge that put her on house arrest might have made the papers before hand!Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Automatic jail/prison if you fail any part of the program. The judge would have the paper work already done and signed, so if a person fails part of the program, they are just automatically arrested
